Michael brings over 20 years of development and investment experience into all dimensions of real estate transactions. From Retail Shopping Centers, Land Development & Subdivision, Office, Industrial Warehouses, Multi-family Apartment, residential houses, etc., Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into all dimensions of real estate with his background in new project procurement, development project management, financial analysis & risk management, remodeling & value addition strategy, construction management, engineers & architect coordination, entitlement & permit process, etc.
Since graduating from UCLA with a Master and Ph.D. degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering, Michael has dedicated himself in real estate development for over 20 years and successfully managed and completed many residential and commercial projects.
Michael is currently member of California Association of Realtors, America Society of Civil Engineers, California licensed Professional Engineer.
