Michael has over 20 years of experience in real estate development and investment, covering retail shopping centers, land development and subdivision, office spaces, industrial warehouses, multi-family apartments, and residential houses. His extensive background includes new project procurement, development project management, financial analysis and risk management, remodeling and value addition strategies, construction management, coordination with engineers and architects, and navigating the entitlement and permit process.
After earning a Master's and Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA, Michael has devoted himself to real estate development. He has successfully managed and completed numerous residential and commercial projects over the past two decades.
Michael is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in California.
